Welcome to R-ESTART

1. Introduction

This is a legal contract between you and R-ESET.COM Private Limited, a company incorporated in Singapore, so please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By using any of Our Services, including but not limited to the R-ESTART website, social network app, and associated features, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

R-ESTART is a social platform designed for younger users, with a focus on privacy, safety, and wellbeing.

2. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

  • We/Us/Our: R-ESET.COM Private Limited.
  • Terms and Conditions: These Terms and Conditions.
  • Service: The R-ESTART social media platform, including the app, website, and associated features.
  • Content: Any personal information, text, images, videos, or other materials uploaded or shared via the Service, including posts and profiles.
  • User: Anyone who accesses and / or uses the Service.

3. Eligibility

User Criteria:

  • You must be at least 13 years old and under 18 years old to create and use an account.
  • Users under the age of 13 are not permitted to create an account or use the Service.
  • If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms and Conditions on your behalf.

4. Parents and Guardians

  • If you are a parent or legal guardian of a User under the age of 18, you are responsible for supervising the User’s use of the Service.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the minor uses the Service appropriately and in accordance with these Terms.

5. Accounts

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms or raise safety concerns.

6. User Conduct

When using the Service you must not:

  • Violate any applicable laws or engage in illegal activity.
  • Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users.
  • Post hate speech or discriminatory content.
  • Share sexually explicit material.
  • Share content that exploits or harms minors.
  • Attempt to groom, manipulate, or inappropriately contact other users.
  • Impersonate other individuals or organisations, or create fake accounts.

7. Content Moderation and Safety

We take the safety of young users seriously and may remove content or restrict accounts where necessary to protect users or enforce these Terms.

Content on R-ESTART is actively moderated using automated systems.

Child safety is a top priority. Any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is strictly prohibited and treated with the utmost seriousness. Content suspected to involve the exploitation or abuse of minors will be removed and reported to the appropriate authorities where required by law.

Users can report content, posts, or accounts that may violate our policies directly within the app. These reports are reviewed as part of our moderation process.

R-ESTART may review, remove, restrict, or disable content or accounts where necessary to protect users or enforce these Terms. In serious cases, we may report activity to the appropriate authorities where required by law.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy which explains how we collect and process personal data.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis and we are not responsible for user generated content.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
